Privacy at Runlet
This page explains how data moves and is stored when you use the service. For a data request or question, contact Info@runlet.ir.
Operator and contact
The service operator is Runlet. Contact Info@runlet.ir about privacy, access, or deletion. If you use Runlet through another company's product, that company controls its own end-user data; contact it first.
Data we process
- Account and sign-in: Iranian mobile number, SMS verification details, session records, and workspace membership.
- Workspace: uploaded OpenAPI documents, product descriptions, operation catalogs, analysis, and knowledge vectors.
- AI requests: the user's prompt, context selected by the customer's backend, and relevant documentation excerpts.
- Usage: workspace identifier, model, token counts, and calculated charge. The usage ledger does not store full prompt text.
Storage and recipients
In cloud mode, documents and vectors are stored in Runlet's database. In standalone mode, the complete catalog and vectors stay in your installation's database. In both modes, selected text is sent through Runlet to the configured AI model provider for inference or embeddings. IPPanel is used to deliver sign-in codes.
Processing locations and cross-border transfers depend on the hosting and model provider configured for your deployment. Before uploading sensitive data, request and review the applicable provider and location details from Runlet.
Payments
For package purchases, your phone number and order identifier are sent to Zarinpal. We retain the amount, token quantity, payment status and receipt for accounting. We do not collect or store bank-card details. Dollar rates are obtained from Navasan; your account details and AI requests are not sent to the currency service.
Purpose and retention
We use this data for sign-in, workspace management, catalog generation, AI requests, metering, and service security. Account, catalog, and usage records are not automatically deleted in the current version. Email us to request deletion or a copy of your data. Limited retention may be needed for legal or accounting obligations.
Browser storage
We use an essential session cookie for sign-in. Your language preference is stored in browser local storage. The public pages currently load no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Requests and changes
For access, correction, deletion, or questions about processing, email Info@runlet.ir. This page will be updated when the service's behavior changes. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
