Runlet service terms

The service

Runlet analyzes an OpenAPI document and product description and uses AI to return a proposed action for a user request. Cloud workspaces and standalone installations are available. Runlet does not execute the customer's product API directly.

Customer responsibilities

You must have the right to upload the documents and data you send to the service. Keep API keys on your backend. You are responsible for end-user authentication, permissions, request review, confirmation of changes, and handler execution. Review AI output before sensitive actions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unauthorized access, data you are not entitled to process, evading limits, or disrupting the service. Follow laws and requirements applicable to your deployment, industry, and users.

Usage and charges

Usage is metered by input, output and embedding tokens. Prepaid package prices are displayed in toman before checkout. The panel's USD usage figures describe metered usage; consuming prepaid credit does not trigger a second payment. Workspaces with invoicing contracts follow their agreed rates.

AI output

Model output may be incorrect or incomplete. Runlet proposes an action within the configured operation catalog; your application must validate, confirm, and execute the final result. Maintain suitable human review and domain rules for sensitive operations.

Contact and updates

For contract or support questions, email Info@runlet.ir. Material changes to this page will be published with a new date. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Token package purchases

Review the token quantity and price in toman before checkout. Prices use the dollar rate and configured model costs, and are fixed for the order. Credit is added only after Zarinpal verification and carries over between months. Input, output and embedding tokens are deducted from the purchased workspace's balance; monthly usage limits also apply. Contact Info@runlet.ir with the order identifier for payment discrepancies or refund requests.
